Toronto, ON — The BOMA Toronto Conservation and Demand Management (CDM) Program incentive application process and its overall website experience have been enhanced.

All BOMA CDM Program applications for electricity conservation incentives can now be done completely online at www.bomacdm.com – there is no need to leave the website. A component now allows applicants to track the progress and status of their project(s) through the whole process from approvals to payment.  A goal of the online improvements is to accelerate, the already speedy incentive payment process.

Currently, from application to project approval, the average elapsed time is nine days.

The BOMA CDM website now displays the project profiles complete with financial metrics and environmental benefit details. To generate case studies go to www.bomacdm.com/CaseStudies.aspx and make the appropriate selection from the search fields. Projects containing multiple measures, in addition to what you have selected, are highlighted under the Building Type column.

The more than 300 projects approved earlier through the CDM Program will also have their case study data available on the website. This information will allow owners and managers considering an application to analyze potential retrofit benefits by using the previously collected information as a benchmark.
